Prayer Times & Qibla

My prayer times are incorrect.

Prayer times vary based on your location and calculation method. Please ensure:

  1. Location permissions are enabled for Ziyaa.
The Qibla compass is not pointing correctly.

Interference from magnetic cases or nearby electronics can affect the compass.

  • Remove any magnetic phone case.
  • Calibrate your phone's compass by moving it in a figure-8 motion.
Azan notifications are not playing.

Check your device settings:

  • Ensure Ziyaa notifications are allowed.
  • Check if your phone is in "Silent" or "Do Not Disturb" mode.
  • iOS users: Ensure the physical mute switch is not active if you want sound.

Subscriptions & Payments

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not Ziyaa directly.

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Ziyaa.

Android: Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by the App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly from our system.

Does the subscription work on multiple devices?

Yes, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google Account. Use the "Restore Purchase" button in the app settings.
