By using the Ziyaa mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the App
Ziyaa provides:
- Prayer times
- Qibla direction
- Prayer reminders
- Optional premium features (Ziyaa Coach)
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
2. Free & Premium Features
Ziyaa offers:
- Free features (basic prayer tools)
- Premium subscription (enhanced features)
Premium features require an active subscription.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Details:
- Free trials may be offered
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime via your app store settings
We do not manage billing directly.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled entirely by:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Ziyaa cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Availability & Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate prayer times. However:
- Prayer times may vary based on calculation methods
- Ziyaa does not guarantee absolute accuracy in all locations
Use at your discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and features in Ziyaa are owned by Ziyaa unless stated otherwise.
You may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Reverse engineer the App
7. Limitation of Liability
Ziyaa is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Missed prayers
- Notification delays
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of updated Terms.
